The Martinsburg VA Medical Center in West Virginia, once a place of healing, has become a place of fear, corruption, and betrayal. Veterans are being denied lifesaving care, silenced, and intimidated. Staff describe a workplace so toxic that morale has collapsed and truth is buried. At least eight executives, from the Director down, are implicated in this corruption.
We are no longer asking politely. We are no longer waiting on bureaucracy to fix itself. This is an urgent call for immediate action, for accountability, and for justice.
